Building Rapport and Communication with Parents: A great relationship with parents is time-consuming and sometimes challenging to create and maintain. It includes understanding the perspective of parents who have chosen Montessori, how to talk to parents so they will hear and how to listen to them so we can understand them. We’ll discuss how to conduct a successful parent conference. And what to do when conflicts arise.
