You are invited to be part of a brave discussion about important work we can all do to ensure an equitable experience for the students, staff, and families of our Montessori school communities. Kara Zwierkowski, Ashley Bunn, and Michelle Clark are Compass staff members supporting a growing conversation about how to best implement meaningful practices that support the gender diverse students. Please bring an open mind as we dive into courageous conversations about identity. In attending this group discussion you will walk away with tools and resources to create a safer, more inclusive, and equitable experience for your gender diverse students, families, and staff. You will be able to better identify and interrupt inequities in your school and, in turn, improve educational outcomes for all who enter your doors.
