Faye Kirk will share how she has incorporated her experience from sixteen-plus years of Montessori early childhood teaching into her care for her now 95 year old mother. For nearly six years, Faye has applied Montessori methods and philosophy to enhance her mother’s quality of life. Learn how Montessori helps keep Mom functioning at her highest level possible. Faye’s presentation also includes brief key points from her training in Montessori Based Dementia Programming- an ability based model. Learn why Faye passionately believes Montessori is a better way to serve the rapidly growing senior population.
