Brian Sense

     Brian has had the privilege and honor to serve and lead youth focused non-profit organizations across the country for the last 20 years. Prior to stepping into the Executive Director role at Great Work to lead the development of a new AMI Training Center and the creation of innovative adolescent programming and Teacher Training, he served as Associate Executive Director with the YMCA of San Diego County overseeing preschool, camps and other youth programs. And while Executive Director of Educo Leadership Adventures, he learned the ins and outs of leading a small grass roots organization dedicated to building self-confidence and leadership skills in adolescents.
